What are the delivery times?
Your orders are prepared by our logistics team within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and you will receive an email confirming the shipment.
Delivery will then take 3 to 5 business days for the US.
I entered the wrong delivery address or selected the wrong product when placing my order.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
How can I track the delivery of my order?
You will receive your tracking number by email a few days after shipment, and the carrier will contact you directly, either by email or phone, to arrange the delivery.

What is the status of my order?
Your La Berge products are shipped within 48 hours of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 72 hours, please contact us at bonjour@la-berge.com.
How can I cancel my order?
Did you choose the wrong size or color for your bath mat?
No problem! Quickly send us an email at bonjour@la-berge.com.
Since we work on a just-in-time basis, we will cancel or modify your order if it hasn’t yet been prepared for shipment by our logistics team. If it’s already in transit, you’ll have 30 days to return it to us.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments by credit card, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Why can't I use my promo code?
It's likely because you tried to apply it to a bundle deal where the discount is already greater than your promo code.
Promo codes are not always combinable with bundle offers.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
What is La Berge's return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with your La Berge products, no problem!
You have 30 days to return your items. Simply send an email to bonjour@la-berge.com with your order number, and we’ll provide you with the return address.
Please note that returns are not free. While we’d love to offer free returns, it’s currently not feasible due to the high logistical costs associated with preparing and shipping orders.
Refunds are processed within 15 days and will be automatically credited to the account linked to the payment method used during purchase, whether that’s a credit card or PayPal account.
Our refund policy applies only to individual customers. For businesses, products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
What is La Berge's exchange policy?
Did you choose the wrong size, or is the color not what you expected?
We accept exchanges for products that are unwashed and unused within 30 days of your purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Send an email to bonjour@la-berge.com with your order number, and we will send you the procedure to follow for your exchange.
Once we receive your return and complete a quality check, we will send your exchange free of charge.
